Care to take with Contact Lenses

To clean your reusable contact lenses only takes a few minutes, helping to maintain healthy usage of the contact lenses.

Just follow this quick, easy, and effective routine at the end of each day:

· Before touching your eyes, contact lenses, or the lens box, always wash your hands with soap (preferably antibacterial liquid soap, unscented). Rinse your hands well under running water and dry them with a lint-free towel.

· Fill each chamber of the contact lens case with new disinfecting solution for contact lenses.

· Start with the same eye each time you put on or take off your contact lenses. This way you will not switch them between eyes.

· Always clean the contact lenses immediately after taking them out.

· Place the lenses in the palm of your clean, dry hand.

· Apply a few more drops of the disinfecting solution for contact lenses.

· With a finger, gently rub the front and back parts of the lenses in your palm to clean the lens surfaces.

· Rinse the lenses well with a few more drops of the solution.

· Put the lenses in the clean contact lens case.

· Repeat this routine for the other lens.

· Close the case and let the lenses soak overnight.

· Replace your contact lens case regularly (usually every month or at least every time you open a bottle of liquid).
Remember: Never use tap water to wash your lenses or their case.
