The prices practiced in the online store www.lentesdecontacto.pt, may be different from those practiced in the Physical stores of the Grupo Centro Óptico de Ponte de Sor, Lda. 

In the categories of Sunglasses and Accessories, the price that is crossed out and written in black indicates the price practiced in our physical stores, and the price indicated in red and with larger letters is practiced exclusively online and through our online sales platform at the URL address www.lentesdecontacto.pt.

If the order is not delivered in the best conditions, please contact us so that we can restore the supply conditions of your order.

According to Decree-Law No. 143/2001, Article 6, returns can be made according to the following clauses:

1 - In distance contracts, the consumer has a minimum period of 14 days to terminate the contract without payment of compensation and without needing to indicate the reason. For this purpose, you should contact Customer Service through the number 800 209 373 or through the email [email protected], or by letter to the address lentesdecontacto.pt®, Av. João Crisóstomo, 38B, 1050-127 Lisbon.

2 - For the exercise of this right, the period is counted:
a) In terms of the supply of goods, from the day of their receipt by the consumer whenever the obligations referred to in Article 5 of this decree have been fulfilled;
b) In terms of the provision of services, from the day of the conclusion of the contract or from the day when the obligations referred to in Article 5 of this decree have been fulfilled, if such occurs after that conclusion, provided that the period of three months referred to in the following number is not exceeded;
c) If the supplier has not fulfilled the obligations referred to in Article 5 of this decree, the period referred to in No. 1 is three months from the date of receipt of the goods by the consumer or, in the case of services, from the date of the conclusion of the contract;
d) If the supplier fulfills the obligations referred to in Article 5 of this decree during the resolution period referred to in the previous number and before the consumer has exercised this right, the consumer has 14 days to terminate the contract from the date of receipt of this information.

3 - If the supplier has not fulfilled the obligations referred to in Article 7 of this decree, the period referred to in No. 1 is three months from the date of receipt of the goods by the consumer or, in the case of services, from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

4 - If the supplier fulfills the obligations referred to in Article 7 of this decree during the resolution period referred to in the previous number and before the consumer has exercised this right, the consumer has 14 days to terminate the contract from the receipt of this information.

5 - Without prejudice to the provisions of subparagraph a) of No. 3 of the previous article, the right of resolution is considered to be exercised by the consumer through the dispatch, within the periods provided here, of a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt communicating to the other contracting party or to the person designated for this purpose the intention to terminate the contract.
