Shipping Costs

 

If your order is of value equal to or greater than 40.00€, shipping to Portugal is free and the shipment is processed via CTT or via Carrier, depending on the ordered products, to the address you provide as the delivery address. This offer cannot be combined with other current offers. If you prefer, you can also pick up your order at one of our stores completely free of charge. Check the location of participating stores HERE.

For all other orders, the available shipping options are as follows:

 

Autonomous Region of Madeira and Azores

Deliveries from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm;

In 5/6 business days, upon payment confirmation (except for stock shortages);

Manufactured lenses, with specific deadlines;

9.00€ CTT (Orders containing sunglasses and/or contact lenses and/or maintenance liquids).

FREE if your order is valued at 40.00€ or more.

 

Mainland Portugal

Deliveries from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm;

In 3/5 business days, upon payment confirmation (except for stock shortages);

Manufactured lenses, with specific deadlines;

FREE (Orders delivered in any of the participating stores, containing sunglasses and/or maintenance liquids and/or contact lenses). Check the location of participating stores HERE).

FREE if your order is valued at 40.00€ or more. 

4.15€ CTT (Orders containing only contact lenses).

5.20€ Carrier. If the customer is not at the delivery location on the scheduled date, the carrier will contact by phone and indicate a new delivery attempt. (Orders containing sunglasses and/or maintenance liquids and/or contact lenses).

  

European Union

Deliveries in 5/20 business days, upon payment confirmation (except for stock shortages and depending on the country of shipment);

Manufactured lenses, with specific deadlines;

22.00€ CTT (Orders containing sunglasses and/or contact lenses and/or maintenance liquids).

The order may be subject to customs duties controlled by the Competent Authorities of each destination country, and their payment is the sole responsibility of the Customer placing the order.

 

Rest of the World (Except USA)

Deliveries in 5/20 business days, upon payment confirmation (except for stock shortages and depending on the country of shipment);

Manufactured lenses, with specific deadlines;

35.00€ CTT (Orders containing sunglasses and/or contact lenses and/or maintenance liquids).

The order may be subject to customs duties controlled by the Competent Authorities of each destination country, and their payment is the sole responsibility of the Customer placing the order.

 

USA

Deliveries within 5 to 20 business days, upon confirmation of payment (except for stock shortages and variations in customs clearance processes);

Fabric lenses, with specific delivery times;

€100.00 Shipping (Orders containing sunglasses and/or contact lenses and/or maintenance fluids).

The order may be subject to customs fees controlled by the competent authorities of each destination country, and payment thereof is the sole responsibility of the customer placing the order.

 

Shipping of Trial Kits
 

5.50€ (Orders containing only Trial Kits). 
For orders containing more products, the prevailing shipping cost is that of the other products, and no additional shipping cost will be charged for the shipment of your Trial Kit.
