5 Star Award Opticalia

Opticalia distinguished with Five Star award
The Optical Services from Opticalia were considered by the Portuguese Consumers and for the second consecutive year as Five Star Service in the category of Optical Stores.
The result of this study was obtained through satisfaction tests carried out on 50 Opticalia customers and a mass market study conducted on 2000 individuals. Opticalia had the quality of its products and services recognized when it was distinguished with the Five Star Award, which awarded a total of 36 companies, including Opticalia, NOS, Auchan Group, Renova, Robbialac, Montepio, or Delta.

In the words of Débora Santos Silva, responsible for the certification, “we created this project because we believe there is room in the market for a certification that uses the most complete, rigorous and flexible methodology on the market. The products and services certified by the award provide consumers with guarantees of their quality, as they are evaluated in three different and complementary situations”.
The different evaluation stages involve, on the one hand, target consumers of the different consumption categories who test the products and services under analysis and, on the other hand, a representative sample of the Portuguese population with 2,000 consumers.
