On December 3, 1997, we created the Centro Óptico de Ponte de Sor, Lda and since then, we have been growing thanks not only to the highly responsible and quality services we provide to the population of the Portalegre district, but also thanks to the quality of the products we market, the quality of the equipment used in our offices, and the continuous training of all our employees.

From very early on we felt the need for expansion and in addition to the store opened with tremendous success in Ponte de Sor, we decided in the year 2000, to embrace a new project, this time in Abrantes, more precisely in Rossio ao Sul do Tejo, and also there, provide the same quality of services to this population, which greatly encouraged us to proceed with the opening of this second store.

In 2010, once again, as a reward for the satisfaction of all our customers, we embraced a new challenge: creating a new brand, with a new concept, and opening an eye health space in Lisbon.
We are talking about the lentesdecontacto.pt® Contactology Center which, with a younger and bolder image, embraces the challenge of also offering distinct eye health care in Lisbon to all those who seek us not only in this new store, but also online (www.lentesdecontacto.pt).
Here, at extremely affordable prices, we offer the possibility of acquiring quality products thanks to the experienced partnerships with the best laboratories around the world - Alcon (Novartis), Coopervision, Johnson&Johnson Vision Care, Bausch&Lomb, Menicon, among others - and the specialized support of our clinical teams.
In our team, in addition to several specialized technicians, we also have the support of ophthalmologists who can help solve or minimize any problem you have with your contact lenses or ocular physiology.

In 2014, our option was to open a store in Benavente, Opticalia de Benavente.

Thus, we are in Ponte de Sor (at Rua General Humberto Delgado, Loja 5B), in Lisbon (at Av. João Crisóstomo, 38B), in Benavente (at Av. Dr. Manuel Lopes de Almeida, 80) and on the internet at www.lentesdecontacto.pt.

In all our stores we provide optical services and respond to the aesthetic and corrective needs of customers by providing the most modern in ophthalmic lens technology, contact lenses, frames, and sunglasses. We also offer, with the support of highly qualified and motivated professionals, Optometry, Contactology, and Medical Support services, providing a consultation booking service in offices equipped with the latest technology.
