Açoreana Insurance policyholders enjoy direct discounts at all our street stores according to the following rules:

• . 30% discount on all frames;
• . 30% on ophthalmic lenses;
• . 30% on contact lenses;
• . 30% on sunglasses;

The Direct Participation is determined at the time of purchase in our street stores, it is mandatory to present the beneficiary card.

To enjoy the reimbursement of the value of your purchase by your insurer, you must always indicate your insurance and beneficiary number in the “Insurer” and “Beneficiary Number” field in the Client area. You should also indicate your taxpayer number. All orders go to the customer accompanied by Invoices/Receipts or Simplified Invoice, valid for reimbursement purposes and deductible in IRS, as if your purchase was made at one of our street stores. After sending the tax documents to your insurer you will receive a refund of part of the amount paid for your purchase. As we have direct agreements with most insurers, reimbursements can be direct at our street stores.
