Protocol - ADM - Assistance in Illness for Military

The protocol with ADM (Assistance in Illness for Military) covers all ADM beneficiaries, provided they carry the ADM beneficiary card.

This protocol assigns in all our street stores the following benefits:

20% discount on all glasses frames;

20% discount on all ophthalmic lenses;

15% discount on contact lenses;

To avail of this direct discount, simply present the Beneficiary card issued by the Ministry of Defense.

Without prejudice to the direct discounts in store, the beneficiary can also request the competent entity for participation in the amount paid at the time of purchase.

To enjoy reimbursement of your purchase amount from your insurer, you should always indicate your insurance and beneficiary number in the “Insurance” and “Beneficiary Number” field in the Customer area. You should also indicate your tax number. All orders are shipped to the customer accompanied by Invoices/Receipts or Simplified Invoice, valid for the purpose of reimbursement and deductible for IRS purposes, as if your purchase was made in one of our street stores. After sending the tax documents to your insurer, you will receive a refund of part of the amount paid on your purchase. As we have direct agreements with most insurers, refunds can be direct in our street stores.
