The Direct Participation is determined at the time of purchase in our street stores, and it is mandatory to present the beneficiary card properly identified with the name of the Insurance Company and with the AdvanceCare logo (on the front and / or back).

To enjoy the reimbursement of the value of your purchase by your insurance company, you must always indicate what your insurance is and beneficiary number in the "Insurer" and "Beneficiary Number" field in the Customer area. You must also indicate your taxpayer number. All orders go to the customer accompanied by Invoices/Receipts or Simplified Invoice, valid for reimbursement purposes and deductible on IRS, as if your purchase was made in one of our street stores. After sending the fiscal documents to your insurance company you will receive the reimbursement of part of the amount paid in your purchase. As we have direct agreements with most insurance companies, in our street stores refunds can be direct.
