CCMO MUTUELLE insurance holders benefit from direct discounts at all our street stores according to the following rules:

• . 30% on contact lenses;
• . 30% on sunglasses;

The Direct Co-payment is determined at the time of purchase in our street stores, with the presentation of the beneficiary card being mandatory.

To benefit from the refund of the value of your purchase by your insurance company, you should always specify your insurance and beneficiary number in the “Insurer” and “Beneficiary Number” fields in the Customer area. You should also indicate your taxpayer number. All orders are sent to the customer accompanied by Invoices/Receipts or Simplified Invoice, valid for reimbursement purposes and deductible for IRS purposes, as if your purchase was made at one of our street stores. After sending the tax documents to your insurer you will receive a refund of part of the amount paid on your purchase. As we have direct agreements with most insurers, refunds at our street stores can be direct.
