With this protocol, all Future Healthcare beneficiaries can enjoy a 15% discount on all products in all our street stores.
Just present the beneficiary card at the time of purchase to enjoy this benefit.
For Ophthalmology consultations, Contact Lens Adaptation in Office, or Complementary Ophthalmology Examinations, the agreement with this insurer is direct and the beneficiary will only pay the amount the insurer does not share.

To enjoy the refund of the value of your purchase by your insurer, always indicate what your insurance and beneficiary number is in the "Insurer" and "Beneficiary Number" field in the Customer area. You should also indicate your taxpayer number. All orders are sent to the customer accompanied by Invoices/Receipts or Simplified Invoice, valid for reimbursement and deductible for IRS purposes, as if your purchase was made in one of our street stores. After sending the tax documents to your insurer, you will receive a refund for part of the amount paid on your purchase. As we have direct agreements with most insurers, refunds in our street stores can be direct.
