Protocol - PT ACS

The Cooperation Protocol with PT ACS covers all PT ACS beneficiaries, as long as they carry the PT ACS beneficiary card.

This protocol assigns benefits in all our street stores:

20% discount on all glasses frames;

20% discount on all ophthalmic lenses;

15% discount on contact lenses;

To enjoy this direct discount, simply show the Beneficiary Card issued by PT ACS.

Without prejudice to the direct discounts in store, the beneficiary can also request a subsidy from the relevant entity for the amount paid at the time of purchase.

To benefit from a refund of the value of your purchase from your insurer, you should always specify your insurance company and beneficiary number in the "Insurance Company" and "Beneficiary Number" field in the Customer area. You should also indicate your taxpayer number. All orders go to the customer accompanied by Invoices/Receipts or Simplified Invoice, valid for refund purposes and deductible in the IRS, as if your purchase was made in one of our street stores. After sending the fiscal documents to your insurance company, you will receive a refund of part of the amount paid for your purchase. As we have direct agreements with most insurers, refunds can be direct at our street stores.
