In order to receive a refund for the value of your purchase from your insurance company, you must always indicate which insurance you have and provide your beneficiary number in the "Insurance" and "Beneficiary Number" fields in the Client area. You must also provide your tax identification number. All orders are sent to the customer accompanied by Invoices/Receipts or Simplified Invoice, valid for refund purposes and deductible in IRS, as if your purchase was made at one of our street stores. After sending the tax documents to your insurance company, you will receive a refund for part of the amount paid in your purchase. As we have direct agreements with most insurance companies, in our street stores, refunds can be direct.
