All policyholders of SAMS QUADROS insurance enjoy direct discounts in our street stores according to the following rules:

Without prejudice to the direct store discounts, beneficiaries also have the right to direct participation from SAMS Quadros in our street stores, according to the following rules:

Optical Frame - Participated up to 80% of the invoice value up to a maximum of 120€. Every 2 years counting from the last shared purchase.

Beneficiaries under 16 years of age, up to 1 frame per year. Only when purchased with lens(es) ≥ 0.50 diopters.

 

Graduated Optical Lens - Participated up to 80% of the invoice value up to the following maximum values:

Unifocal Lens with diopters ≥ 0.50 up to < 4 = 40€;

Unifocal Lens with diopters ≥ 4 up to < 6 = 48€;

Unifocal Lens with diopters diopters ≥ 6 up to < 8 =48€;

Unifocal Lens with diopters ≥ 8 = 56€;

Bifocal Lens with diopters ≥ 0.50 up to < 2 = 48€;

Bifocal Lens with diopters ≥ 2 up to < 6 = 56€;

Bifocal Lens with diopters ≥ 6 = 56€;

Progressive Lens with diopters ≥ 0.50 up to < 2 = 128€;

Progressive Lens with diopters ≥ 2 up to < 6 = 144€;

Progressive Lens with diopters ≥ 6 = 168€;

 

Per year, counting from the last shared purchase. Beneficiaries under 16 years of age, up to 4 lenses in the same period.

 

Contact lenses - Participated up to 80% of the bill value up to the following maximum values:

Contact Lenses with diopters ≥ 0.50 up to < 2.50 = 180€;

Contact Lenses with diopters ≥ 2.50 = 240€;

 

Annual ceiling.

 

To take advantage of these discounts and direct contributions, you must be a beneficiary holder of a valid SAMS Quadros card, have a medical prescription for the items you purchase, and request the inclusion of the beneficiary number (10 digits) on the invoice and corresponding receipts.
