Close Ophthalmic Lenses from 0.00 to 3.75 Diopters - Co-paid up to € 19.00;

Close Ophthalmic Lenses from 4.00 to 7.75 Diopters - Co-paid up to € 25.00;

Close Ophthalmic Lenses from 8 to 11.75 Diopters - Co-paid up to € 33.20;

Close Ophthalmic Lenses over 12.00 Diopters - Co-paid up to € 43.00;

Far Ophthalmic Lenses from 0.00 to 3.75 Diopters - Co-paid up to € 22.50;

Far Ophthalmic Lenses from 4.00 to 7.75 Diopters - Co-paid up to € 35.00;

Far Ophthalmic Lenses from 8 to 11.75 Diopters - Co-paid up to € 45.00;

Far Ophthalmic Lenses over 12.00 Diopters - Co-paid up to € 60.00;

Bifocal Ophthalmic Lenses from 0.00 to 5.75 Diopters - Co-paid up to € 35.00;

Bifocal Ophthalmic Lenses from 6.00 Diopters - Co-paid up to € 45.00;

Progressive Ophthalmic Lenses from 0.00 to 5.75 Diopters - Co-paid up to € 75.00;

Progressive Ophthalmic Lenses from 6.00 Diopters - Co-paid up to € 95.00;

Prisms (Applied to lens) - Co-paid up to € 17.50;

Contact Lenses from 0.00 to 4.75 Diopters - Co-paid up to € 20.00;

Contact Lenses from 5.00 to 9.75 Diopters - Co-paid up to € 65.80.

Contact Lenses from 10.00 Diopters - Co-paid up to € 93.80.

In order to benefit from the Direct Co-payment in our stores, it must be a beneficiary cardholder of the Social Services of Caixa Geral de Depósitos, have a medical prescription for the items being purchased and be aware of the date of the last purchase of the same item.
