How to Remove Contact Lenses?

Removing contact lenses is easier than you might think. By following the steps below, you'll quickly be able to do this without thinking and in a fast and simple way.

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap. Preferably, use unscented soaps with antibacterial action. Dry your hands with a towel that doesn't shed fibers.
2. To avoid mixing up the lenses for each eye, always start with the right eye.
3. Look up and carefully pull down the lower eyelid with your middle finger.
4. Slowly, move your index finger close to your eye until you touch the edge of the lens.
5. Slide the lens down to the white part of your eye, the sclera.
6. Gently, squeeze the lens between your thumb and index finger and hold onto the lens, as if your fingers were a tweezer.
7. Remove the lens from the eyes
8. Repeat the whole process with your left eye.
